Brooke Potratz, MD
I grew up in Sandpoint, Idaho, where I cultivated a deep appreciation for the outdoors and strong community values. I earned my undergraduate degree and medical degree from the University of Washington. Following medical school, I completed my residency in Family Medicine at Kootenai Health’s Coeur d’Alene program, followed by an additional year in the Kootenai Health Rural Health Fellowship.
Committed to providing comprehensive care in rural communities, I combine my clinical expertise with a passion for improving patient outcomes. Outside of my medical practice, I enjoy a variety of outdoor pursuits, including skiing, hiking, cycling, and boating. I also value quality time with my family and friends, as well as cooking and reading.
